Provision of Upgrade of Emergency Shut Down Valve and Blow Down Valve (ESV/BDV) services with Reverse Re-Engineering support from OEM.
Perform Inspection and providing Quality Inspection Recommendations to Upgrade the valve to increase valve service life by performing Weld Overlays 625 for all sealing areas (closures, body, seat pockets, bonnet) with approved Welding Procedure Specification / Procedure Qualification Records WPS/PQR by type of materials and on approved QCP Quality Control Plans.
Perform pre-machining and post-machining activities and grinding of ball up to 18 inch.
Perform Stem Torque test to identify of Torque values during BTO/RTO/ETO/BTC/RTC/ETC with different pressure.
Actuator Torque test in static positions and dynamic endurance full load simulation.
