If you are fresh graduates seeking for experience it is the time to consider joining our company through the State Programme “Youth Practice” for one year. During this programme, you will be working in one of our departments together with experienced mentor. On the job training will provide practical knowledge and experience and improve your professional qualifications for further career development. Over the past 3 years, through close collaboration with the local career center under this program, we have welcomed more than 5 graduates. Upon completion of the program, all participants were offered direct contracts and became employees of the company
